Justine Whitley was born in Cincinnati, OH and lived there until she was 15 when her family migrated to the wonderful city of Austin, TX, whose motto is “keep Austin weird”. While living in Austin she discovered her life-long passions of yoga, the outdoors and fabulous music. She graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in kinesiology and has recently moved to Utah to go back to school for her doctorate in physical therapy. She enjoys spending time outdoors, rock climbing, laughing, eating gluten/dairy free desserts and, of course, practicing yoga every chance she gets. The most important things yoga has taught her is not to take life
too seriously and to take each day one breath at a time.
