our in-person yoga teacher training is designed to immerse you in movement, community, creativity, and self-discovery.

become a better human.

this training is for real humans

We teach an intuitive, creative vinyasa flow style with lots of options, modifications, exploration, and room for your actual body — not the imaginary yoga body the wellness industry keeps trying to sell you.

If you’ve ever walked into a yoga class and thought:
“I’m not flexible enough.”
“I don’t look like everyone else.”
“I think i’m doing this wrong.” —

Hi. We made this for you.

We believe yoga should help you feel more connected to yourself — not more self-conscious.
All bodies. All genders. All levels. All beautifully welcome.

You do not need to arrive already confident, flexible, spiritual, or “good at yoga.

You just have to be willing to show up.

become more yourself

Most people move through life feeling disconnected from their bodies, stuck in stress, constantly overthinking, or doubting themselves. Yoga gives you tools to relate to your life differently.

Through movement, meditation, breathwork, philosophy, and self-reflection, this training helps people feel more grounded, more confident, more emotionally aware, and more connected to themselves. There’s something powerful about being in a room full of people all learning, growing, practicing, and becoming together.

Even if you don’t plan on teaching, this experience can become a powerful catalyst for healing, growth, creativity, and deeper self-trust. We can’t wait to go on this journey with you.

brittany

MOVE beyond imitation

Learn how to confidently teach, speak, and lead without trying to sound like everyone else. We’ll help you build strong foundations while encouraging creativity, exploration, and your own authentic voice.

Because the world does not need another copy-paste yoga teacher.

CULTIVATE curiosity

The best teachers aren’t the ones pretending to know everything. They’re the ones willing to stay open, playful, observant, and deeply connected to the human experience.

This training helps you become more present, self-aware, and engaged with your life — both on and off the mat.

BUILD self-trust

So many people move through life constantly second-guessing themselves. Through movement, meditation, and practice, you’ll learn tools to feel more grounded, trust your instincts, and show up more confidently in everyday life.

CREATE meaningful experiences

Anyone can memorize a sequence. We’ll teach you how to create classes that feel thoughtful, intelligent, creative, and deeply human — experiences people actually feel something in.

Through practice, feedback, and repetition, you’ll learn how to confidently hold space, connect with students, and lead classes that people genuinely remember.

RETURN TO YOUR body

Most people spend their lives stuck in their heads — overthinking, disconnecting, rushing, performing.

Yoga gives you a way back to yourself.

Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system awareness, this training helps you feel more grounded, present, embodied, and at home inside your own body.

FIND YOUR voice

Learn how to confidently speak in front of people, guide a room, and teach in a way that feels natural instead of performative.

Because the best yoga teachers aren’t trying to sound like everyone else.

CREATE MORE balance

Yoga isn’t just something you do for an hour on a mat. It’s a set of tools that can help you feel more grounded, present, emotionally aware, and connected in your actual life.

We care deeply about helping people build lives that feel meaningful — not just productive.

MAKE A REAL impact

You never know what a single class, conversation, or moment of connection might mean to someone.

Whether you teach professionally or simply bring these practices into your everyday life, this work has a way of positively changing the people around you

create lasting impact

Empower yourself with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to inspire and create positive change in the lives of your students and the wider community. As you embrace the transformative power of yoga, both on and off the mat, you’ll make a lasting impact on the world around you.

the curriculum, but make it human

  • learn intelligent sequencing
create thoughtful, creative vinyasa classes that actually make sense in the body — not random poses strung together for aesthetics.
  • understand anatomy + energetics
learn how bodies move, compensate, stabilize, fatigue, and adapt so you can teach safer, smarter, more supportive classes for real humans.

plus: anatomy becomes WAY more interesting when you realize it helps people hurt less and feel better in their actual lives.

  • practice teaching constantly
confidence doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from reps.

you’ll practice teaching constantly — in small groups, partner work, workshops, and live classroom settings.

  • explore yoga philosophy
yoga philosophy isn’t about memorizing ancient texts to sound spiritual at parties.

it’s about learning practical tools for navigating stress, relationships, suffering, self-awareness, and what it actually means to be human.

  • learn meditation + breathwork
discover practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional balance, grounding, focus, and feeling more connected to yourself.

these are practices you’ll use far beyond the yoga mat.

  • teach all kinds of bodies
practice observing bodies in real time! learn how to offer modifications, options, and accessible variations so more people can feel welcome, capable, and successful in your classes.
  • find your authentic voice
develop a teaching style that feels natural, creative, intelligent, and true to you instead of trying to imitate someone else.
  • create classes people remember
anyone can memorize a sequence. we’ll teach you how to create classes that feel connected, intentional, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely impactful.

the kind people keep thinking about after they leave.

  • build real-world confidence
the communication, leadership, and self-trust you develop in this training tend to ripple far beyond the yoga studio.

many students leave feeling more confident speaking up, taking up space, and trusting themselves in everyday life.

  • deepen your relationship with yourself
more than anything, this training is an invitation to slow down, pay attention, trust yourself more deeply, and become more fully alive inside your own life.

more than just a certification

  • learn how to actually teach
A lot of yoga teacher trainings teach you about yoga.

We’ll teach you how to confidently lead a room, create intelligent and creative sequences, offer meaningful options, communicate clearly, and teach classes that feel thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human.

Because knowing yoga and knowing how to teach yoga are not the same thing.

And yes — you’ll get LOTS of real practice teaching. I promise.

  • learn about yourself
Yoga teaches us about far more than movement.

It teaches us how we respond to stress, discomfort, joy, uncertainty, vulnerability, creativity, and connection.

I believe the strongest teachers are the ones willing to stay curious about themselves — and about life.

And honestly? Learning how to build a life that feels meaningful, creative, connected, and fully alive might be the whole point.

  • *supportive community
One of the most beautiful parts of teacher training is realizing you’re not doing life alone.

People come in as strangers and often leave with deep friendships, unexpected growth, inside jokes, support systems, and a community that continues long after training ends.
