your 200-hour got you started–your 300-hour gets you legendary. join us in our home studio in provo: where mountain energy meets life-changing magic.

this yoga teacher training is for your body

We focus on an intuitive vinyasa flow style, with plenty of room for options to fit all bodies and all levels:) If you’ve ever attended a yoga class before and felt intimidated because it seems like your body doesn’t fit the mold — this training is for you.

We believe that every body is a yoga body — regardless of your age, size, race, gender, or physical abilities: you are welcome with us.

are you ready to become the confident, magnetic teacher you’ve always known you could be?

Together, we’ll use the foundation of your 200-hour training as a catalyst to nurture the teacher and human you’re becoming.

This isn’t just about advanced sequencing and anatomy (though we’ll dive into plenty of that, too!) Legendary teachers aren’t born, they are created–through commitment, practice, and the kind of self-remembrance that happens in sacred spaces like ours.

I can’t wait to go on this journey with you!

xoxo,
brittany

DEEPEN YOUR personal practice

Stop teaching from your head and start teaching from your heart. This isn’t about perfecting more poses – it’s about becoming the teacher your students text their friends about.

GO BEYOND mastering

the same old sequences everyone’s teaching. Your students don’t need another cookie-cutter class – they need YOU.

EMBRACE A holistic approach

Stop compartmentalizing your teaching like it’s a checklist. Your students aren’t just bodies that need stretching – they’re whole humans who need to feel seen, heard, and maybe a little less stressed about their mortgage. Learn to hold space for all of it.

CULTIVATE mindfulness

That actually translates into confidence. When you’re truly present, you stop second-guessing every cue, comparing yourself to other teachers, and worrying about whether you’re doing it “right.”

REFINE YOUR teaching style

Stop trying to teach like everyone else and start teaching like YOU. Your quirky analogies, your weird sense of humor, your way of explaining things – that’s not something to fix, it’s your superpower. Learn to own what makes you different instead of hiding it.

CREATE LASTING impact

The kind that goes way beyond perfect poses. Your students don’t need another Instagram-worthy class – they need someone who sees them, meets them where they are, and helps them remember they’re already whole. That’s the real magic.

IMPROVE YOUR communication

Stop mumbling your way through adjustments and second-guessing every cue. Learn to speak with the kind of clarity and confidence that makes students think “this teacher actually knows what they’re talking about.”

BUILD A supportive community

Find teachers who’ll talk openly about the stuff nobody mentions in training – like how to price classes without feeling guilty, what to do when students don’t show up, and how to handle difficult personalities without losing your zen

here is a fraction
of what you’ll learn with us

  • master poses that actually matter
stop chasing Instagram-trendy shapes and learn the techniques that will transform how your students feel in their bodies – even if they never touch their toes.
  • build sequences that flow like magic
learn to create vinyasa that feels intentional instead of random, with transitions that make students think “how did they know exactly what my body needed next?”
  • understand the real history
skip the made-up stories about ancient warriors and dive into what yoga philosophy actually teaches about living with less suffering and more presence.
  • teach with authentic confidence
Stop second-guessing every word and learn to hold space with the kind of presence that makes students feel safe to be vulnerable.
  • create inclusive spaces
learn to welcome every body type, ability level, and life experience without singling people out or making assumptions about what they need
  • design classes people remember
move beyond the same sun salutation routine and create experiences that leave students feeling like they just had therapy, a workout, and a meditation all rolled into one.
  • teach like you mean it
stop apologizing for every cue and learn to offer adjustments, modifications, and guidance with the confidence your students are craving.
  • market yourself authentically
stop cringing every time you have to promote your classes and learn to share your gifts in ways that feel genuine and effective.
  • build a sustainable practice
learn to teach without burning out, price your services fairly, and create boundaries that protect your energy and passion.
  • master functional anatomy
skip the textbook memorization and focus on what you actually need to know: how to keep people safe, why certain poses feel impossible for some bodies, and how to give options intelligently.

the best yoga teacher training in the state of utah

  • learn how to actually teach!
I will teach you how to effectively, intelligently, and creatively teach classes of your own design. A lot of students don’t know this, but most YTTs don’t teach you *how to teach* — yes, you might learn a lot! About yoga philosophy, history, perhaps, or maybe anatomy. But you wanna learn *how* to teach?? I’m your girl. I PROMISE.
  • learn about yourself!
And through the art of yoga, we learn about life — and about ourselves. I believe that the strongest teachers are those who know that yoga extends far beyond the mat. In fact, I believe that learning how to creatively craft a life that you truly are obsessed with (and I don’t say that lightly) IS THE POINT. And I will teach you how. In fact, it would be my pleasure.
  • full studio access!
During the course of your yoga teacher training, you have full access to the studio: take as many classes as you’d like, practice your sequences with friends and family, and meet with your groups to work on projects. Our home is your home.
  • supportive community
Join a vibrant community of fellow yogis, where you can share experiences, ask questions, and receive guidance from both instructors and peers.
