AMA with Brittany round 2

the answers!

where I am is enough.

Hey there!

Here are my answers from last week’s AMA! This is seriously so fun for me, so keep the questions coming:) I promise I’m working on my Sleep Hacks email/content – expect it next week! Til then, here are a few fun questions I got this past week:

If you had the chance to live anywhere in the world for any length of time, where would it be?
Ahhhh this is so hard!!! There are so many places in the world I love so much, and so many I know I will love once I get the chance to experience them. but right now in this exact moment…gosh idk! I sure could go for some Sicilian sunshine right now…

What is something you have always wanted to do in life that you haven’t done already?
there are so many things I’m excited to do one day!! Some of them:
•see penguins in Antarctica!
•food tour of New York City (specifically I want to try all the pancakes!)
•visit Tibet & Bhutan
•Serengeti wildebeest & zebra migration
•Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in China & Great Wall of China

Who is your favorite teacher to learn from/practice from?
it all depends on how I feel and what kind of experience I want! there are so many teachers I love to learn from.

What is your favorite prop to use and why?
Omg the hardest question ever – I love all props!!! Right now my top favorite is probablyyyyyy using a strap to stretch one leg at a time lying on my back (*chefs kiss*)

What is your favorite brand of clothing?
100% farm rio – I’ve found almost all of my absolutely gorgeous farm rio dresses second hand on poshmark or mercari, which is not only way cheaper but also more sustainable!

So my question is what is your favorite winter practice to keep you flowing outdoors? Do you enjoy the snow?
I never really have enjoyed the snow, to be honest, but Rumi has helped so much with that! He turns into a floppy excited little puppy in the snow — going out after a good snowfall always gives him the zoomies! So that’s helped my attitude for sure. I’ve also noticed so much especially this past year the extent to which I appreciate contrast, just in general. The winter makes me even more in love with the spring! I have also really been focusing on appreciating things in the present, and one thing that keeps coming up is how much I love feeling really warm and bundled in my coat, gloves, etc but then feeling the crisp air on my face. It’s the best! Right now, I’ve been loving taking several shorter walks outside throughout the day, I’m lucky to live right next to Kiwanis Park and there’s an amazing view of Mt. Timp. I especially love sunrise and sunset!

Here’s the game plan:
1. email me at yogaundergroundutah@gmail.com
2. Ask me anything – no question is too big or too small!
3. Wait for my response: within 48 hours I’ll spill the tea (the herbal tea – let’s keep it zen!)

Then I’ll send out a recap of all the questions in the next week or two! I’m not kidding when I say I love getting your questions – so please don’t be shy! Remember, this is your space to share, inquire, and connect. Your questions are the magic ingredients that make this journey uniquely yours.

I can’t wait to hear from you!
