class types
mixed level vinyasa flow: the fundamental, fiery magic of our Taṇhā Yoga practice, flow classes are juicy, dynamic, and empowering. Learn to move and live intuitively while flowing within the collective, organic whole of a class. We love heart-opening, mobility, and full body-mind-spirit invigoration.
sunday funday: mixed level flow class devoted to the celebration of life, love and beauty. Develop more dynamism, flexibility, and strength to directly expand your inner world through this exploration of breath, asana, and imagination.
sunday abunday: This fire mixed-level flow class is aimed at helping you develop an abundance mindset to bleed into every area of your life. Let go of lack & step into abundance! This practice will help you to move from feeling to being to seeing to knowing. Abundance vs. scarcity: both live inside of you, and the choice is yours!
yoga recycled: Our weekly free community class, Yoga Recycled is a mixed level flow class based on the basics!
gentle yoga: unwind, restore, and show your body, mind, and heart some love! Our gentle classes move more slowly to promote introspection, self-love, and healing.
rocket yoga: based on the style taught by our badass yoga daddy Larry Schultz, rocket yoga is all about flying — upside down, sideways, and backwards! Party on your mat as you balance on your hands and see life from a new perspective.
family/kids yoga: designed for children of all ages and their caregivers, our kids classes are filled with fun games, partner/group activities, dancing, breathing exercises, yoga sequences, and lots more! Each regularly-paying adult can bring up to three children (this class is also included in our monthly unlimited memberships!)
meditation: yoga nidra is the yummiest, deepest guided meditation experience around. An ancient Tantric science, yoga nidra uses rotational body awareness, breathing exercises, guided visualizations, and subconscious archetypes to promote self-love and healing. Best part? Yoga nidra is done in an extended savasana (reclined) position with loads of pillows and blankets to keep you feeling comfy and safe!
yoga for your back: strengthen, lengthen, and improve spinal health and mobility in this workshop-style class. Scoliosis? Low back pain? Overall stiffness? This class is for you!
yin yoga: incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, yin yoga targets the connective tissue of the body through more passive and supported longer-held postures. Yin is a beautiful complement to the more fiery, dynamic movement of our flow classes.
kundalini: kundalini is the yoga of awareness. Each practice is based around a specific topic and uses breathing exercises, mantra, and repetitive poses to quiet the mind and enliven the spirit.
beginner’s yoga: come experience the foundational principles of yogic posture, breathing, and mindfulness. This practice of the basics will encourage more body awareness, grounding, and overall stability – both inside and out!
