This workshop introduces the basics of Ayurveda, a holistic science of health. Part education and part practice, each student will:
- Discover their Ayurvedic mind-body type (dosha)
- Practice a dosha-balancing yoga flow & guided visualization
- Learn about herbs and foods that support their dosha
- Enjoy dosha-focused treats that match your constitution
- Take home your own dosha-formulated herbal tea
