Come experience a gentle yoga practice in a safe environment. This class is designed specifically for those suffering from anxiety, depression, and PTSD. @missbrittrae will lead the practice, and we’ll have three therapy dogs from @maligatorkennels in the room to help everyone feel safe and protected. After class, there will be plenty of time to interact with the dogs, who have been specifically trained to give smiles and loves. The practice itself will be gentle and restorative and is appropriate for all yogis, beginners and long-time practitioners alike.
