Restorative Yoga: minimum effort, maximum benefit. Come relax and enjoy the peace and rejuvenation you’ll get from an ultra chill restorative yoga session. This is the yoga class where we let gravity and props do all the work! All levels welcome.

Awaken Your Inner Child: Come experience self love and healing through the imaginative eyes of your inner child! This playful class will use music, movement, and dance to connect, heal, and have fun! All levels welcome.

Kintsugi is the Japanese philosophy of recognizing beauty in broken things through breaking bowls and repairing them to be stronger than they were before. Please bring with you a 3-5 inch ceramic bowl and I will provide the rest!

5Rhythms: Energy moves in Waves. Waves move in patterns. Patterns move in rhythms. A human being is jut that – energy, waves, patterns, rhythms. Nothing more. Nothing less. A dance. 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community.

Family Yoga: this class designed for children 0-6 plus their caregivers. Join us for breathing exercises, yoga and imaginary play! (Ps kids are free!)

Surrender to the Flow: Not Seeing is believing. Take a deep dive into your inner most thoughts and trust the flow of your body. When you remove your most relied upon sense
(your sight) your other senses are heightened naturally, forcing you to look within. Come join us on this introspective magic carpet ride! All levels welcome.

Gentle Movement + Yoga Nidra: with a goal to obtain deep relaxation, you will be lead through slow, deliberate movements with longer holds to release tension through your body with the intention to lie down comfortably. The next 30-40 minutes you will be guided through an alert yogic sleep with visualizations that will allow you to leave completely rejuvenated. All levels welcome.

Partners & Props: grab someone you absolutely adore and partner up — husband, wife, best friend, second cousin — doesn’t matter! We will be using straps, blocks, bolsters and balls in this class, all tailored to give you a variety of poses and inversions that are fun to do with your partner.
