We want to give a warm shout out to a few of our students who have completed big milestones here at The Yoga Underground in reaching 100’s of classes taken! Behind those sparkling numbers is so much growth – in tears, sweat, and love. We find huge inspiration in these students and it makes us want to continue to practice, learn and participate in the community that is TYU.

If you see any of these smiling yogi’s, give them a congratulations. We are so proud of you!

Happy birthday to our yoga queen, our forever teacher and a best friend to all, Miss Brittany! Brittany you have taught so many of us throughout the years — and not just about yoga. You have taught us about our lives, our value, our spirits and have helped us grow into the people that we were meant to be. We are grateful for the community that you have created, and for accepting each one of us as an integral part of that community with open arms. Here is to you.

Ps. We think you are so beautiful on the outside, because your internal beauty doesn’t have enough room in there.

Welcome Jamie, one of our newest Yoga Underground 300 Hour Registered Yoga Teachers. Today in our virtual studio, she will be leading us through a stretching session. This will help wake your body up, energize you and help you move with some more freedom throughout your day.

You're looking at our newest Yoga Teacher Training graduates. They have spent the last 6 weeks in an intensive learning program at the Yoga Underground with Brittany Andrews. The Yoga Underground is proud to offer unique, Yoga Alliance Certified teacher training programs. All programs are taught using experiential philosophy rather than a dry lecture setting. We spend as much time outside as the weather permits, healing through yoga and beautiful mother earth.

Now hold on… we still have opened our 2024 trainings! Apply for our next upcoming 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings, but act quick, we are holding less trainings next year so Miss Brittany can focus on some different projects!
