MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here:) Welcome to my little corner of the yoga-verse! I started teaching yoga in 2008 — I had just decided that I didn’t want to go to law school, so I thought I’d teach yoga until I figured out what I really wanted to do with my life. (Big LOL) But instead, I fell in love. I fell in love with discovering the ways that yoga can be used as a vehicle for self-transformation, expansion, freedom, & joy. I fell in love with my own life, and I knew I could help other people on the same journey.

In 2012 I began leading yoga teacher trainings (my favorite thing in the WORLD) and then in 2018 I started leading retreats (my other favorite thing in the world!) And the thing is, none of this was in The Plan, and I had no idea what I was doing. But I knew I was good at it. I knew that I was helping people change their hearts & lives for the better — and in turn they were changing mine. And it just felt right, creating this network or web of open hearted people, ready to expand and live with more freedom and joy. And so, here I am. And I’ve never looked back. I hope you join me on this gorgeous and wild ride!
