Snag this beautifully colorful + inclusive card deck to learn the names of postures, design your own sequences, and more! Hand-drawn by our very own Jessica Schirmer, (@JessicaLoveAwake) our cards aim to represent yogis of all shapes, sizes, colors, genders, and abilities.
Equipped with instructional cards that explain sequencing and the general layout of a class, each pose also includes ideas of how to get into it and where it best fits in class. Perhaps most importantly, each pose has its own POP! — the “point of the pose” — because we love to focus on maintaining integrity of movement as it suits your body. That means you are free to explore each pose and find a position where the point of the pose is achieved in a way that honors how you are feeling in the moment: mind, body, and spirit.
