are you ready for the most convenient, hassle-free dream come true?

a 108-hour goddess training yoga retreat!

Welcome to a new goddess retreat like no other! Immerse all five senses through this journey of sacred remembering. On the banks of the Holy Ganges, we’ll spend 9 magical days full of yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, and empowering workshops all designed to reignite your inner wisdom and help you remember who the fuck you are.

Together in the Himalayan Mountains, we’ll expand and laugh and dance and cry our way back home to our true badass selves — and let me show you why India is the perfect place for this! With open arms, we’ll invite the colors and the sounds and the flavors and the ancient rituals to heal our hearts and souls to fresh perspectives and new ideas + motivation to creatively craft lives of intention, authenticity, and wonder.

prepare for your
senses to explode

…as you dive headfirst into a world bursting with ancient mystery, timeless spirituality, and surprising beauty. Together, we will be taken (with expert guides & private drivers) from Dehradun into the peaceful, majestic Himalayan Mountains past Rishikesh (the yoga capital of the world!) to our retreat center, Atali Ganga. Overlooking the Holy Ganges River, Atali Ganga is the perfect place for our Goddess Intensive: imagine practicing yoga during misty mountain sunrises, visiting ancient villages bursting with spirituality, and meditating/dancing on the soft sandy banks of Mother Ganga.

This retreat will offer an astounding variety of experiences that will ignite your sense of wonder, spark your childlike imagination, and reconnect you with our shared web of humanity. I am so proud of and excited for this wild adventure I’ve crafted — and I can’t wait to share it with you! Thank you for trusting me to show you the world. (108 hours of CE credit are available for all my Goddesses who care about that kind of thing!)

OVERVIEW

Our journey will actually begin a month before we meet together in India, when you’ll receive your Goddess Field Guide in the mail. This unique, gorgeous workbook will be full of the juiciest, most inspiring activities designed to get you prepared for 9 days of transformation! There will be journal prompts, meditations, playlists, and more — all carefully crafted to create a heart and mind that are soft, excited, and ready to expand.
Goddess Field Guide in hand, we’ll meet in Dehradun on October 17, 2026, where we’ll be transported together to the Himalayan Mountains outside of Rishikesh to our retreat home: Atali Ganga. An opening mediation on the sandy banks of the Ganges will kickstart our time together — and of course there will be no shortage of masala chai, naan — and fresh homemade Indian food prepared just for us!
As our time together flows seamlessly, you’ll have the opportunity to continue progressing through your Goddess Field Guide, which will gently nudge you toward opening, examination, letting go, and expansion. We’ll be joined on this retreat by one of my favorite friends and teachers, Liz Golden, who specializes in helping goddesses develop an authentic and empowered voice (think throat chakra awakening like you’ve never experienced!)
After working with Liz, daily yoga flows, ecstatic dance, and sacred time alone to reflect, journal, and create, we’ll close our time with our infamous Goddess Dance Party — but this time our background will be under the stars on the banks of our Holy Mother Ganga, as her sacred waters flow around us!

YOUR retreat LEADER

Hi, I’m Brittany! I’ve been teaching yoga since 2008 and opened The Yoga Underground in 2010. I love the way that traveling gives me the opportunity to practice my yoga off the mat, as it forces me to expand my perspective and see things (and myself) in a new and different way. Traveling has also been incredibly empowering to me; each time I navigate a new airport in a new country, the world opens up to me a little more and I feel so alive! I travel to see the world, but I also travel to see myself — and myself within the world. Our web of humanity is somehow simultaneously enormous but also quite small and intimate. Together, we all want to love and be loved, we want to share, and we want to connect. And in this way we are all the same. We are one.

Leading retreats all over the world has become one of my favorite things to do, as I love watching retreaters’ minds open as they experience things for the first time. I’d be honored for you to trust me enough to show you some of my favorite hidden gems across the world — India has been at the top of this list for a long time, and I am so excited to go back with you for this new Goddess Retreat Yoga Intensive experience!

retreat guest teacher!

For this extra special, first-ever Goddess Retreat Yoga Intensive, I wanted to make sure that I offered the fullest, richest experience possible! I couldn’t think of anyone better to help me to that than Liz:) Liz has taught me loads more about finding & using my authentic voice than I have ever been able to gather from any book, practice, class, or workshop — trust me when I say that working with her will make your head & heart explode in the best way possible!

meet liz!

I’m an actor and acting professor with a lifelong curiosity about the deep connections between the body, the voice, and the truths we carry inside us. For years, I’ve explored how the voice isn’t just a tool for performance—it’s a bridge to authenticity, to creativity, and to how we show up in the world. My work, both on stage and in the classroom, has centered on helping people tap into that connection and express themselves with more freedom and presence.

Alongside my career in theatre, I’m also a certified yoga teacher, and it’s been a powerful expansion of this same exploration. Yoga has offered me—and now my students—a grounded, breath-centered path into the body. It’s a space where we can listen more closely to what’s happening inside, release tension, and uncover a deeper sense of self-awareness.

What I love most is bringing these worlds together: acting, voice, yoga, and creative expression. Whether you’re a performer, a teacher, a writer, or simply someone seeking a more embodied, expressive life, I’m passionate about guiding people toward greater integration—between body and voice, movement and breath, inner experience and outer expression.

I believe that when we come home to our bodies and voices, we come home to ourselves. And from that place, creativity flows more freely, connection deepens, and our stories resonate more fully—with others and with ourselves.

Let’s explore what’s possible when your voice and body are aligned and your creativity is given space to breathe.
